Leader Training

Leader Training is critical to the delivery of a safe and enjoyable balanced programme. Each Leader working towards their Wood Badge should have a Training Adviser to help and support them through the training process. Details of selected courses run in or by Tonbridge district, are available for registered users of this site - listed under 'Training' on the 'Calendar'. Details of courses and other training opportunities in Kent are published on the Training Pages of the Kent Scouts website. Cost of courses is included in your Group's capitation payment to County, but is normally recovered from any leaders who book places on courses then do not attend.
